Who we are
Paws & Claws at pawsandclawsfinds.com is operated by VAMARYA LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 16848632. Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Contact: vamaryaltd@gmail.com. Our registered office is not a shop, warehouse or return address.
Shopping and orders
These terms apply to purchases from our store. Please review the selected size, colour, quantity, product description and delivery information before ordering. You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract, or have permission from a parent or guardian. Provide accurate contact and delivery details and use only a payment method you are authorised to use.
We send an order acknowledgement after checkout. If an item is unavailable, a payment cannot be authorised, or there is an obvious pricing or listing error, we will contact you before making any change to your order. We will not charge a higher price or substitute a different product without your agreement. If we cannot supply your order, we will cancel it and refund any payment for the unavailable items.
Prices and payment
Our store displays prices in US dollars unless checkout states otherwise. The selected items, applicable discounts, shipping charges and taxes collected by us are shown before payment. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion or other fees. Promotions apply according to the conditions displayed with the offer; future price changes do not alter an already accepted order.
Products and safe use
Read measurements, included items, care information and safety instructions on each listing. Screen colours and small manufacturing details may vary, but products must match their description. Supervise pets when appropriate, choose a suitable size, inspect items for wear, and stop use if damaged or if your pet is uncomfortable. Our products are not a substitute for veterinary advice or professional care. We do not promise a particular training, health or behavioural result.
Delivery
We work with third-party fulfilment partners, including suppliers shipping from China. The UK registered office does not mean an order is dispatched from the UK. Delivery estimates, tracking and delay information are explained in our Shipping Policy. We remain your point of contact and responsible for resolving order issues; you do not have to negotiate a remedy with our supplier.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or correct an order. Changes may not be possible once processing or dispatch has begun, subject to your legal rights. Our Return and Refund Policy explains support for damaged, faulty, incorrect or missing items and approved refunds. We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns, but this does not remove any cancellation, return, warranty or refund rights required by applicable law. Contact us for instructions before sending a return.
Privacy and website use
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is used. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders or infringe another person’s rights. Store content belongs to us or its respective rights holders; permission is required for commercial reuse where copyright law requires it.
Your rights and resolving concerns
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. English law applies to these terms, but it does not deprive you of mandatory protections or access to courts available under the law of your place of residence. Please email us first so we can try to resolve a concern.
Updates
We may update these terms for future orders. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply so far as permitted by law.
